The wine is a crisp and fresh Sauvignon Blanc from the Red Cliffs region.

Colour: bright pale green

Aroma: very mild tropical overtones

Palate: fresh tropical fruit flavours and a crisp dry finish with subtle hints of citrus. Flavoursome, crisp and refreshing!

12.5% alc/vol approx 7.4 standard drinks.

Colour: Brick red with crimson hues

Aroma: A fragrant nose with cedar and chocolate oak, dark black fruits, plums and red berry aromas and supported by hints of mint, dried leaf and subtle spice.

Palate: An opulent palate showing upfront dark berries, plums with a plush and well supported but integrated oak adding to a nicely balanced and textured tannin structure.

Vinification & Maturation:

The Cabernet & Shiraz fruit was fermented in separate parcels in a combination of static fermenters and underwent daily pumping over the skins. Following primary fermentation, the wine was pressed off into tank & barrels for Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation. The separate parcels were held in oak for approximately 24 months, before being blending together to create the finished product.

Oak: Primarily French Oak Hogsheads (300L) barrels for 14 months.

Colour: Deep purple with bright red and purple hues

Aroma: Fragrant blackberry and blue fruits, cassis with hints of eucalypt and cedar oak.

Palate Displaying distinctive Cabernet characters of cassis, blackberry and plum with minty notes. The wine has fine-grained & elegant tannins with lingering fruit on the back palate.

The traditional Italian Moscato wines are low in alcohol with just a mild tingle on the tongue we call spritzig. This is a great Australian version made from grapes grown in several South Australian regions.

Colour: Very pale almost clear.

Aroma: Buckets of lime & lemon

Palate: A lively wine with delicate passionfruit and pineapple flavours with muscat characters. It is very light in alcohol and the gentle spritz gives an appealing lift
