Adelaide Hills Pinot Chardonnay Sparkling Brut
Our top of the range sparkling made from the traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a small amount of the French grape Pinot Meunier.
Night harvesting maintains fresh flavour while malolactic fermentation adds complexity and elegance. It is softly textured and balanced with good fruit weight and persistent delicate flavour, finishing dry and clean with crisp acidity. An outstanding sparkling wine.
Colour: Pale Straw
Nose: The aroma is fresh & fruity with the yeast evident.
Palate: The palate is soft and creamy leading to a refreshing clean acidic finish.. Try with freshly shucked oysters with a squeeze of fresh lime.

Clare Valley Riesling 2016
This family owned vineyard s managed in accordance with sustainable farming practices. The result has the grapes for this dry Riesling growing on low-yielding vines, on the high slopes of the Clare Valley (about 500 metres above sea level).
The fruit was processed in a number of individual parcels, with each block of vines picked as it reached its best ripeness and flavour in the challenging conditions. Each parcel was then fermented separately allowing us to vary winemaking and processing techniques to suit the characteristics of each, and giving us the opportunity to enhance individual highlights, before blending immediately prior to bottling.
On the nose it has lively fresh lime, acacia and linden blossom aromatics.
The palate has tight, stoney minerality with intense lemon drop, citrus flavours.
A refreshing, crisp acidity provides strengh for a dry, lingering finish.
Drink now with fish, seafood or white meat dishes or cellar for up to 10 years.
South Australian Moscato
The traditional Italian Moscato wines are low in alcohol with just a mild tingle on the tongue we call spritzig. This is a great Australian version made from grapes grown in several South Australian regions.
Colour: Very pale almost clear.
Aroma: Buckets of lime & lemon
Palate: A lively wine with delicate passionfruit and pineapple flavours with muscat characters. It is very light in alcohol and the gentle spritz gives an appealing lift

Red Cliffs Cabernet Sauvignon
Displaying solid Cabernet characteristics of ripe fruit and subtle tannins. Mildura and the surrounding grape growing areas on the Victorian side of the mighty Murray River were once home to 700 Soldier Settlers after World War 1 growing mainly dried fruits. The region now has some fantastic wine grape growers and innovative winemakers.
Colour: deep garnet
Aroma: ripe fruits with hints of blackberry
Palate: Satisfying complex flavours of berries on the initial palate with smooth tannins

Red Cliffs Shiraz
The mild peppery characters continue onto the palate with touches of the fresh plum flavours and soft oak which is noticeable but does not dominate. Marlborough NZ Sauvignon Blanc
This New Zealand region needs very little introduction to most wine drinkers. It is home to our favourite style of Sauvignon Blanc, and has achieved that status in fairly short time.
Colour: pale with touch of pale green
Aroma: fresh crisp hints of gooseberry
Palate: So typical of what we expect from Marlborough with a delightful balance of cut grass and fresh tropical fruit. It has delicate berry flavours and a crisp well balanced dry finish

Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay
A modern & sophisticated chardonnay with a sense of toasted hazelnuts and green apple pear. Aromas of lemon blossom & white stone fruit and a balanced acidity that leaves your senses to imagine. Enjoy with Italian seafood pasta or spicy Asian cuisine & summer BBQ.
