Typical of Adelaide Hills, a subtle, subtle style, not the “ripe fruit in your face” style that some regions produce. Has that slight oiliness and light green tinge you expect from a great Pinot Grigio. Dry with a crisp clean finish. Packed in a tall and beautiful punted arctic blue bottle with silver stelvin cap.

With hints of citrus and peach, this Chardonnay comes from the Red Cliffs region in Victoria, just a stones throw from Mildura.

The region now has some fantastic wine grape growers and innovative winemakers.

Colour: Mid straw with faint green touches.

Aroma: Ripe stone fruit.

Palate: Lifted peach and melon flavours. The has a soft texture with very subtle oak and a lingering flavour.

13.0% alc/vol. Approx 7.3 standard drinks. Contains sulphites & may contain traces of milk products.

 


 

The wine is a delicious and balances Sauvignon Blanc from Barossa Valley.

Colour: bright pale green

Aroma: very mild tropical overtones

Palate: fresh tropical fruit flavours and a crisp dry finish with subtle hints of citrus. Flavoursome, crisp and refreshing!

The traditional Italian Moscato wines are low in alcohol with just a mild tingle on the tongue we call spritzig. This is a great Australian version made from grapes grown in several South Australian regions.

Colour: Very pale almost clear.

Aroma: Buckets of lime & lemon

Palate: A lively wine with delicate passionfruit and pineapple flavours with muscat characters. It is very light in alcohol and the gentle spritz gives an appealing lift

Colour: deep garnet

Aroma: ripe fruits with hints of blackberry

Palate:  Satisfying complex flavours of berries on the initial palate with smooth tannins

Aroma:  fresh fruit aromas with just a hint of pepper

Palate:  The mild peppery characters continue onto the palate with touches of the fresh plum flavours and soft oak which is noticeable but does not dominate.

Tasting Notes

COLOUR: Pale salmon with pink hues
BOUQUET: Strawberries and cream, apricot kernel and a hint of rose petal
PALATE: The palate is savoury, long and crisp. It has elegance, yet structured. Strawberries and cream continue on the palate, creating a moreish, creamy mouthfeel. Matches beautifully with quiche Lorraine or a charcuterie platter.
