Adelaide Hills Pinot Chardonnay Sparkling Brut
Our top of the range sparkling made from the traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a small amount of the French grape Pinot Meunier.
Night harvesting maintains fresh flavour while malolactic fermentation adds complexity and elegance. It is softly textured and balanced with good fruit weight and persistent delicate flavour, finishing dry and clean with crisp acidity. An outstanding sparkling wine.

Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir
Victorias Mornington Peninsula is home to some of the great Pinot Noir wines. The cool climate produces an exceptional & unique colour and flavour.
This is a beautiful wine and it gets you in from first sniff. Red fruits, plum, subtle creamy spiced oak and a cool mint or fennel laced perfume. Light to medium bodied the flavours are all red fruit and spice, with a herbal mouth-perfume wafting throughout. Length is superb.
